One of St. Bernadette’s core values is faith filled community outreach to our neighbors. In order to continue our service we need to reconstruct our 55 year old original parking lot. Our Building and Grounds Committee has been working diligently over the past 24 months to make this a reality. We are in the final stretch prior to construction and are asking for your financial support. Now is a great time to give due to the enhanced tax advantages that are a result of the Coronavirus Aid, Relief, and Economic Security Act (CARES Act) as well as a strong financial market.

Heavenly Father, we give you thanks and praise for the blessings we have received, as we celebrate 60 years as a parish. We celebrate and treasure the Baptisms, the First Communions, the Confirmations, the Weddings, and even the Funerals. We treasure the memories of the years we supported, attended, or taught at St. Bernadette School. We thank you for all the spiritual fruits received by our graduates.
We thank you for our current partnerships with Iris Place, the Richardson School and the Thompson Center on Lourdes. Guide us as we walk the Christian path in these new and challenging times. Help us build God’s kingdom and bring the Good News to the city of Appleton and beyond.
During this special occasion, we approach you with a special request. Please bring our Legacy Campaign to a successful conclusion. Through the intercession of Our Lady of Lourdes, and of our patron saint, St. Bernadette, inspire in us a generous response, so that we successfully raise the funds required to reconstruct, this summer, our fifty-five-year-old original parking lot.
Through a generous response, may we make our campus an even more beautiful expression of our love of God and neighbor. Receive the financial sacrifices we will make as a sign of gratitude for all the blessings received through our parish, our school and affiliated organizations. Make this campaign a success and an occasion of great joy!
Through Our Lord Jesus Christ, your Son, who lives and reigns with you in the Unity of the Holy Spirit, One God, forever and ever. Amen.
